Hello, I’m Dr. Roger L. Gosselin of AArrow Straight Chiropractic.

I knew I wanted to be Doctor of Chiropractic at 14 years old. My family is from a very rural dairy farming French speaking area in Quebec and I learned early about the importance of what a healthy lifestyle should be. We learned about eating fresh fruit and vegetables grown right on the farm, a good workday ethic and the “good tired” it provided for a great night sleep. I learned that pills and needles are not the way to live healthfully.

As my family emigrated to the US, like so many of these French Canadian farmers, were employed in the construction drywall industry, which is a very physically demanding occupation. Often times the men would experience all kinds of aches and pains from their daily work. They would then visit Dr. Martin, a local Doctor of Chiropractic, either bent over, limping, on all fours sometimes or in my experience, being helped into the office by someone like me at 14 years old, because they could not walk. I saw this first hand as I started working the drywall trade at 13 years of age.

The men would talk the next day during lunch or the commute to work as we all carpooled about the miraculous works of the Doctor of Chiropractic. That always intrigued me on how people could get healthy without needles or drugs.

As I continued school, I was drawn to biology, particularly human biology. I then realized as time went on that I really wanted to work with my hands, help people and study the human body. That is how I found Chiropractic!

I earned my pre-Chiropractic education at Keene State College, Keene, NH and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic, Spartanburg, SC.

The focus of my practice are those patients who are seeking a natural, non-pharmacological, non-surgical method to optimize their ability to be as healthy as possible. Our patients range from a newborn infant to the pregnant mom, or the high school athlete, and for the typical wears and tears of life as we age. Safe and effective chiropractic care for people of all ages and capabilities.
